Just Notes from Korea

A Korean dad on everyday Korea, and a few stories from Canada

How These Notes Are Written

This page explains how the notes on Just Notes from Korea are written.

Where the stories come from

Every post starts from a short note and photos written by the dad himself. Family memories, feelings, conversations, dates and numbers in a post come only from those notes. Nothing about our family is invented to make a story longer or more dramatic.

How the posts are written

AI writing tools help turn a short note into a readable English post and check spelling, clarity and facts. General facts about Korea or Canada are kept simple and are left out when they cannot be checked. Every post is read and approved by the dad before it is published.

Photos

Photos are our own. Location data is removed before upload, and we do not post photos where our children’s faces can be recognized.

Privacy of the family

We do not share our names, home address, workplaces, immigration or residency details, or anything that could identify our children. School names may appear, but not together with a child’s age or grade.

Corrections

If a general fact in a post is wrong or out of date, we fix it and update the post.
